We are running the latest BES with a handful of 8700 and 8800's. Our users have their personal contacts syncing OTA. The users want a database of our 3000 members to be available on their blackberry.

1. I was thinking of just creating a sub folder and moving the members in there. Will subfolders sync wirelessly without desktop manager installed?

2. Is there anyway to keep the member list seperate from their contacts on the blackberry? Looking up a phone number in 3000+ contacts will be difficult.

Any advice is apperciated!
