Been a long time lurker, unfortunately, my first posts have been for a problem

..
I rec'd a BB 8320 for T-Mo a few weeks ago, and everything was flawless, calling, surfing, email, UMA, etc...
Wake up this morning, no UMA... There is another thread going on in the WiFi section regarding this. I have a Netgear router, but don't see why it should matter, as everything was working fine until this morning. Been on with a few T-Mo techs, all with varied answers... Did a batt pull, reset my router, reset the wi-fi connections on the device, deleted the saved profile and entered a new one, still no luck... One rep said I need to reload software on my phone.. Is this really necc? Any thoughts or ideas? (Sorry for the cross-post, just wanted more visibility and ideas, admins please move if necc).
Other than that, I love the Curve! lol..
