Result - found out you can swap ESNs on the website, but it blocks the new phone. My new solution was to go to Chat With Support and ask them to just swap the two blackberry phones. My main goal was to get the 8330 for my use. I can wait a few weeks to give my son his phone. They are swapping right now for me. Yipee!
