This happened to me my first month out with Tmo. I caught it in the first few days by checking my account on line and CS told me that there was an additional billing instruction step that had to be taken to make sure that my UMA calls were being included in my minutes. She made the change and things have been fine since then except for one glitch that was probably user error when trying to change one of my faves.
