Default Help - BES lockdown from my old company

Hi,
I have a blackberry curve from tmobile. I purchased it on my own and then activated it on my old company's BES plan. I've now left that company. Today my phone reset and all data was gone. At this point I cannot send text messages, sync with my new computer to load contacts or do much of anything other than web mail.

Is there a utility that can reset my blackberry so as if it never was part of a BES program?

Any suggestions?
