Help me please...has anyone experience losing their ringer? I can listen to music thru headset or speakerphone. But i cant hear my phone ring whenever someone calls me so i get a lot of missed calls.

And no, my phone is not on mute. It does not even vibrate. I tried setting my alarm on but that too does not give out a sound on the time i set it to notify me. I only get a visual notification ...no sound.
