@ 19.99 for unlimited Data, you arent going to find ANY other service providers who can compete with that. I went to TMO from Sprint because a) I wanted a blackberry and b) TMO had good data rates. I would rather be on cingular or verizon, but their unlimited data plans cost so much more...plus I wanted GSM/GPRS as I travel a lot for my job which I couldnt get on Verizon or Sprint. I have found TMO Blackberry support to be quite good. I have a technical background and I never have issues getting real technical with them when I have an issue to resolve
