if you Have Os 4.2 or 4.5. It is very easy via Bluetooth. Just go to
HOME ---> MEDIA ---> RINGTONES ---> Receive using Bluetooth

And Ready send via PC or Phone. This only Work on a PC with Bluetooth Capabilities.
