I doubt it will be gone until Virtual BB is up and running. It offers an additional solution to get the BB architecture into areas where users don't want to change devices out. Virtual BB would be nice, but there was not even a whisper of anything about it in over a year. I expect a BBC client on the iPhone sometime end of this year beginning of next.
