There were two links on this thread here, one for the newest OS version, and one for those running previous versions. I was still on a previous version. (either 4.01 or 4.10, I forget)

Now my phone is screwed, and I can't even seem to connect to it through the Desktop Manager. It's making the USB disconnected/connected sound effect every 20-30 seconds, and the red light of death is occasionally blinking.

I get a white screen with an hourglass for a few seconds, then it fades to black and the disconnect/connect sound effect plays.

Help!! I really needed this for work tomorrow and I'm kinda screwed without it.



Is there any way I can remove any apps without reformatting? Is there any way I can keep my autotext / sms messages / emails / etc, but remove all 3rd party programs that are installed?
