alright here we go again. i have a blackberry 8830 with sprint, and have had it for a few months with no problems. lately i will be on the phone with full service, and all the sudden i will loose service and the call will drop. i called sprint, and they reset my service, having me remove the battery and re register with blackberry. this really did not solve my problem. i then upgraded the software on my blackberry using the instructions on this website, which did nothing as well. now every day i will be on the phone and my service will just drop. i am located in los angeles county, in the united states. has anyone had this problem? if so, is there a resolution?
