Default How to diagnose "could not map device <> to an IPPP host"

G'day all,

I have a situation where I'm using channel push messages which are working fine for 5 users but failing for one. The one that fails fails both when pushing to Email or PIN.

"HTTP/1.1 403 could not map device <pin/email> to an IPPP host."

I've confirmed the PIN and email address is as per the BES mappings. The device is set up to receive Push messages. The device is currently receiving emails for that email address. There is only 1 BES and the BES admin believes that there is nothing different that has been done for this user.

How can I analyse the problem further?
