| | Service book error?

I am a noob when it comes to enterprise, and can't seem to figure this one out. I have a user that can receive emails from BES, but cannot access the more command (he gets the "more request cannot be completed..."etc error), open attachments, or send emails. I tried to resend the service book, but no luck. I have read a lot of similar posts, but none have been helpful. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
