Try going into Options, Advanced Options, Host Routing Table. Click on the trackwheel and then click Register Now. That will re register the handheld with the network. Then go to Options, Security Options, General Settings. Scroll down till you see Services. Highlight the first line below Services, and then click on the trackwheel and select Regenerate Encryption Key.

That should resync the handheld with the BES and get the service books also.
