Welcome to the forums.

This is in sync options. Where exactly depends on which version of Desktop Manager. I'm guessing DM 4.3? You configure each PIM application separately. Go into the sync settings for calendar and you can do a "refresh" of the data. That should overwrite the data on the BB with what's in Outlook. Personally, before doing any of this kind of stuff I make a backup of my Outlook data AND the data on my BB. Then I begin the syncs.
