EVOO is the first pressing of olives for the oil, virgin is the second, and plain olive oil is the third... If memory serves me correctly.
Does any one know the viscosity rating of olive oil? I was thinking of switching to it for use in my Jeep. Trying the become less dependant on crude oil..
While I'm on the subject, why is it called crude oil? Did oil say or act in a crude way and then was labeled like that for all eternity?
