I may can help you out there but give me a few days. I have a 8310 Curve ( At&t). It's in perfect working condition. It has a very minor scratch on the back right hand corner of the battery cover. I've tried plenty times to capture it on photo but I"ve had no success. I'll try again though. I must say that I do have OS 4.5 on it. It's not a beta version but it's not At&t's version either. I deleted the vendor file and followed the steps from this web site. It added video recording and voice recording which all work great. I've had no problems with the operating system at all.
