If by battery pull you mean take the battery out for 40 seconds then replace it, then yes I've done that. But this isn't the third phone with the same problem each time. I've had at least 6 different issues ranging from a broken battery cover hinge in conjunction with a battery that died in 6 hours, a camera flash that wouldn't stay off even though the setting was definitely set to off, not detecting my micro SD card, and sporadic screen freezing (that was the second phone) to the same really bad battery life, randomly powering off, lag, inexplicable volume moderation issues, and static on my end that was definitely from my phone (that was the first phone).

Now my phone has acceptable battery life (though not for the first few days) but this error message and some other issues with erratic input and lag are making me wonder if there is such thing as a good BlackBerry. There are no other phones on the market right now that I like and I love my Curve but only when it is working properly.
