I have read the above and would like to clarifly........

I have a new user and he has started to file his emails under sub folders within the inbox and folders on the same level as the inbox.

The emails were delivered, (as new) to the blackberry and he has since filed them using his Desktop PC. Folder re-direction was enabled upon EA and I have since set all his folders for folder re-direction.

The emails are still showing in his main inbox on his BB and not under the folders he has subsiquently filed them under, (via desktop)

How, (if at all) can I get his BB Mailbox to mirror his Outlook Mailbox, i.e showing them in the correct folder he has since filed them in rather than in the route of the inbox?
