I signed up for ExchangeMyMail months ago. Earlier today, I upgraded my Curve 8330 to OS 4.5 in anticipation of HTML e-mail support. It works great through BIS accounts like blackberry.net and Yahoo!. However, I was not getting HTML e-mail from my hosted BES connection through ExchangeMyMail. I opened a ticket and got this response:

Hi Mike, this feature is currently disabled on our BES servers as suggested by RIM as this could overload our BES because we have hundreds of users on our system and enabling this option will put more load on the server so we have disabled this feature until further notice from RIM.

Interesting. Does anyone know of other hosted BES solutions that have this feature implemented. IF there was such a performance impact, I wonder why RIM would have released the functionality in the first place as part of BES...

EDIT: Just wanted to say that ExchangeMyMail has followed up with me once again and we've discussed the issue. They offered to work with me to figure something out. Their customer service rocks and is very greatly appreciated. I don't plan on going anywhere. Now, if only I could get Comcast to be as responsive.
