All I know for certain is that this works on my 8330.

Choose either the "Local File Conversion" tab for a file on your computer, or the "Conversion From URL" for something online.

Choose the proper "input format"

Choose "No video preset" in the first output field and "MPEG-4 (.mp4)" for the second

Set FPS to 30
Set resolution to 320 x 240 for 4:3 or 320 x 180 for 16:9
Leave the rest alone.

Click OK

In a few minutes... or many minutes... you'll see a message for success and a button to download your new video which plays perfectly in your curve.
