I've tried both of those methods, but the problem is my phone won't stay on long enough for the process to finish, it just keeps going through an endless cycle of rebooting, which causes my PC to make the plugged/unplugged sound over and over. I've tried re-installing the OS but it won't get past the reconnecting to JVM part, it always ends there.
