Good point. I have been comparing AT&T's network speeds from different places (by tethering my bold) and have come to realize a simple thing: Just because the phone says its connected to 3G does not mean you are getting 3G speeds. In fact in most cases, stress the network and you hit a wall....some sort of a cap. I cannot help but imagine it is AT&T putting such caps in place to conserve bandwidth.
