1. The option isn't missing, it cannot be placed with 4.2 API's (RIM did not provide the option until later). We will post a 4.5 version in a few days.

2. Didn't have this feature in the original design, since RIM provides "forward as email". Will take this under consideration for future release.

3. Didn't have this feature in the original design, since RIM has "Send Address" function. Will take this under consideration for future release.
