I am selecting "Terminal mobile BlackBerry(MC) 8700f" and the only 2 downloads it offers are 4.1:

- Version: 4.1.0.191
- BlackBerry Handheld Software v4.1.0.391 (Multilanguage)

What am I missing? Has the 4.5 version been removed??
