I would say try your HelpDesk or IT person if there is no helpdesk to call. They should be able to get you routed to the right people if there is a BES at your work if you aren't sure. Since you mention 'Exchange Server', you should have an IT group that is able to get you connected. They may require some forms to be filled out, depending on the organization, but they should help you get started. When it's all said and done, they will point you to the Enterprise Activation and give you the password for over the air syncing.
