Thanks for you reply,
Actually,I am not using any browser to download the cod file,which i can replace it with JAD.

I am using sockets to download the entire file from the server and saved it as byte array.In order to install the cod file, I am trying to create a module using createnewmodule() API, which is failing.

Is there any API which will accept JAD file to download?
