The BES option is likely the most robust...if that's more important than $$ then I'd probably do that.

I used the BBerrysync SW when it was in beta, and if you're syncing a personal calendar I'd expect no issues. Aside from some problems w/my work calendar when I received updates to individual occurrences of recurring meetings sent to me by others, I had good results.
