Having issues with some of our BlackBerry users. After a random time period (and occasionally during setup) email syncronization stops working. The message "mailfile specified cannot be opened, email sync cannot continue" appears on sync. The only thing I see that occurs (and I don't know why it occurs) is that the location document 'Office (Network)' changes to 'Office (Network) for User/DOMAIN only'. Both RIM, Bell and Lotus are fairly dumbfounded when reporting this error.
