The only way to do it is to reset ALL the profiles (Loud, Quiet, etc). You can do that this way:
1. Use Desktop Manager to make a full backup of your device.
2. After the backup, click on the Backup/Restore option, then the Advanced button
3. In the 2-paned window that opens (device databases on the right), scroll to Profiles and click on it to highlight it.
4. Click the Clear button under the list of databases.
Your profiles should now ALL be reset to default. If something went wrong, you can use the Advanced option again to restore the Profiles from your backup.
No longer a BES Admin, but it was fun while it lasted!
