starting to work my way through user's guide

when our it people moved my stuff from 8820 to 9000, i thought my (two) speed dial numbers (A and B) would carry over. A is (or was) my wife and B is my work voice mail number.

well, every time i tried A this afternoon, instead of my wife's number ringing, my bold's keyboard locked up. i have searched and searched and found no way to change A from some new "Lock System" default to the first of my speed dial numbers. i wonder what brilliant person thought that up / argh
