Actually this is a number I ported to Tmo which used to be my office number so this is a new service. Also I am not required to get the data plan with this service. I already got the phone and swapped my 7230 sim into the 7290 and changed the PIN online and got the 7290 working without any hickups. I thought I'd ask here about the deal since I have 30 days to return it. Looks like the 7230 will be relegated to doing strictly phone service from now on.
