but if you disable the firewall then you get the nag screen each time you try to use apps like opera mini.
anyway, i don't think anyone has answered the original question about the it policy. when i first got my BB i saw this issue and asked the same question. i got the same answers about checking for an it policy even thoug it was a brand new phone on a BIS account. i went so far as clearing the phone and reloading the OS. that didn't help either. i finally just the removed the apps that were giving the problem and left it at that. i just concluded that the apps were not well written and let it go at that. if there is a better explaination, i'd like to hear it. |
