ok i just recently purchased a 7105t havent upgraded any of the software ont he phone or the DM it is the one that came with the cd.....i go to modem drivers on my computer and only find three things

rimserial security catalog, rimserial setup information, rim serial system file

am i missing something

i go to phone and modem options and find the standard modem in com 4 and attempt to query it and it pops up with: THE MODEM FAILED TO RESPOND. MAKE SURE ITS IS PROPERLY CONNECTED AND TURNED ON. IF IT IS AN INTERNAL MODEM OR IS CONNECTED, VERIFY THAT THE INTERRUPT FOR THE PORT IS PROPERLY SET...

i have no idea what to do next was going to call tmobile but not sure yet if to and was going to see if the blackberry gods from here could help with my situation
