I was very excited to get a Storm- I also enjoy technology, especially new technology. With this, I embraced the challenge of learning something new. This phone has been very different than any other phone I ever owned. Most of my issues with the phone at first was clearly "user" error. I needed to train my brain on how to use the thing effectively. It's not a iphone, it's not a Pearl or a Bold. It's a Storm- New, different and probably one of the best functional touch screen phones on the market currently. The phone is not perfect, but I trust many of the quirky issues will be fixed over the next few months, and they are not obstructing the general use of the phone. For all those who went out and had to buy the phone on the first day, week or month, you must be a pioneer in technology and accept the responsibility that comes along with that- embrace the challenge of learning something new, and help make it better for the future!
