Has anyone successfully transferred SUBSCRIPTION music to their Storm?

With the Rhapsody service, you can either buy music (much like iTunes Music Store) on a per track/album basis or you can subscribe to the service (~$15/mo) and USE any of the music in the library. The VzW web site says that the Storm supports both. But, I am not able to add subscription music to the Storm.
