Did you even try to connect the 2nd phone to the BES? from the above it sounds like you just tried one and it worked. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you did then, are you sure you have the right email and password when you do the enterprise activation? Please check that out. also are you getting any kind of error message on the phone when you try to activate it? authentication error or something?

Also BES and BIS are going to affect each other. I use both on my phone
