If you did then, are you sure you have the right email and password when you do the enterprise activation? Please check that out. also are you getting any kind of error message on the phone when you try to activate it? authentication error or something?
Also BES and BIS are going to affect each other. I use both on my phone
Yes both devices work fine now as I have added the other one to the BES.
Both devices were hardward only but we had Blackberry enabled sims to put in them.
As long as the usage is coverged by our data plan I'm happy.
