Boat3011, I also had problems finding the modem driver. So instead I just went into Phone & Modem connections and clicked add (make sure BB is connected first). I added a 56kbps standard modem (it put it in Com5). Then when I queried modem (under diagnostics), it recognized the BB. I know Mark's original post said the modem should pop up automatically in Com 6, 11, etc, but you may want to give this a whirl. I am posting this reply on my tablet via my BB right now.
Now if I could only get the remote desktop to connect!
