Yes, the only email account that appears there is my work email address. (two entries)
I recreated my personal email address again and checked --there were then
three entries in my calendar options. (One for my work email, one for my newly created personal email AND a second entry for my personal email)

I deleted my personal email again and it successfully deleted one of the three entries in my calendar options. So somehow--the first time I deleted my personal email account, the calendar option entry did not get removed.
