| | HELP!!!!! blackberry curve 8330-problem w/desktop manager

I know, this was posted before (sometime last year), but nothing on that thread has worked for me! I keep getting this message the second I hit synchronization under "configure". I had "organizer" both checked on and off, removed and reinstalled desktop manager on my computer, deleted RIM folder, upgraded to a new software (I have 4.7 from 4.5), removed address and outlook folder (saved it in a different file) and deleted it from Microsoft folder. Nothing seems to help! I have Windows XP and using Outlook. If anyone has any suggestions, that would be great. I'm getting extremely frustrated with this.
