"Is there any way to get everything I need off the web to get the Blackberry software on my computer again?"

I guess asides from being lazy you are also dense. I did have something constructive to say, you asked the question above, did you not, well I answered it, I said YES.

Now what part of yes do you not understand? If it helps I will spell it, Y E S.

And if that is hard to follow maybe this as defined by the American Heritage Dictionary might help:

yes (ys) KEY

ADVERB:

It is so; as you say or ask. Used to express affirmation, agreement, positive confirmation, or consent. NOUN:
pl. yesˇes
  1. An affirmative or consenting reply.
  2. An affirmative vote or voter.
TRANSITIVE VERB:
yessed , yesˇsing , yesˇes

To give an affirmative reply to. INTERJECTION:

Used to express great satisfaction, approval, or happiness. ETYMOLOGY:
Middle English, from Old English gse, so be it! : probably ga, so; see i- in Indo-European roots + se, may it be so; see es- in Indo-European roots
