they were saying within the week or something at the show, but I've not been contacted yet nor have my co-workers.

I was told by our Cingular rep they will be available for order/in stores the 21st of November, which means they're more then likely already accounted for the first batch and there will probably be some back orders. He assured us that the 10 we wanted we will get, but I won't believe it until I see it.
