Please help - I've read this thread through and am still not able to get my modem connection working. I have 7290 with TMO. I'm able to query modem fine. I get error 718 - connection times out. I've tried using both my Tmobile.com username and password as well as empty for both. TMO help said no username and password needed. I've added the DNS for TMO as suggested in previous thread: 216.155.175.105. I've tried both initialization strings:
+cgdcont=1,"IP","blackberry.net","",0,0
and
+cgdcont=1,"IP","wap.voicestream.com","",0,0.

I've tried it with Handheld Manager and Desktop Manager are both running and each running alone without success.

Any suggestions? Do I need "AT" in front of the +cgdcont?
Do I need to set TCP APN settings on my blackberry options? If so, what should these be set for?
