So I called them this morning, they said to take it back.. ooook. I took it back, got another silver 8330, and this one is doing the exact same thing. It was doing it with factory loaded software, I updated to 220.127.116.11 and .89, both did the same thing. Called Telus techsupport, we turned off data services, and it was still doing it, said he couldn't find out why it's doing this, and said to return it and get another. This'll be my 3rd Curve in a week. Not looking good. I may just ask for my money back and get something else.
