If less than 30 days call AT&T they know the problems is there with the Bold and they will send you another new one. I am now on number 5 the first two were brand new the next three are refurbished. AT&T offered to send me a different model, but where do you go when you already have the top of line BlackBerry? I had no luck with .167 tried all the others out there and am running .217 so far no problems. Good luck
