| Tethering Using 3g on AT&T Please Login to Remove! I have successfully tethered my Bold to my laptop using a USB cable and the instructions in the faq. However, my speeds are very slow, in the 300/200 kbs range, nowhere close to the 3g speeds people have reported. I then saw these instructions: http://www.mattsilverman.com/2007/11/blackberry-8800-as-usb-dial-up-modem-in.html.They are slightly different, but when I created a new dial-up connection and tried it, it worked and my download speed increased to about 600kbs. This is also much slower than others have reported, but better than I was getting. Does anyone know how to create a connection to tether a Bold with AT&T that will use 3g? Would the AT&T Connection Manager help, or is that just for those who buy a tethering plan? I would appreciate it. Thanks. Knocka
