Maybe mine was also defect handset. And I think I just had a very bad luck: having my first TWO brand new Bold 9000 and they all did not pass QC. Hopefully RIM guys see this thread.
I will pack it and send it back. Don't know if I just send it back for replacement or just sell it away. I begin to get sick with this blackberry things. Really I do. Thx for the reply.
