The Treo does some things better -- such as being able to do outgoing email attachments, when you're using certain email clients. MP3 attachments are possible on the Treo, for example.

However, the BlackBerry is much better in reliability, the email just "works", is much more secure, requires less steps, uses less power, is faster, is more stable, and is more automatic. Harder to accidentally screw up email on a BlackBerry than a Treo. (To their credit, Goodlink does make it come close on Treo's). But these days, BlackBerry email has the reliability necessary to be trusted by businesses.

Also, I am able to view HTML email attachments on my BlackBerry (you need a newer BlackBerryOS though). Soon, incoming audio attachments will probably be supported too (incoming at least). That's the word reported elsewhere in this forum, I believe for BES 4.1.
