Has anyone experienced problems removing the battery from the 8900 or am the only one! The only way I was able to pop out the battery was to use a butter knife! I am returning it to T-Mobile as I do not want to have this kind of hassle every time I want to do a cold re-start.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Also, the method to remove the memory card is really difficult as well! You have to be a contortionist in order to hold down the little latch that holds the micro card AND push the card out of the holder!
